Primary Responsibilities

Manage sales, service, development and administration of new and existing aviation insurance business. Support the achievement of organizational business goals by creating a positive and productive team environment.

Essential Functions

‚Äč1. Account Management. Responsibility for new and renewal insurance accounts assigned to service team. Growing the team book of business and account retention.

2. Insurance Company Relationships. Establishes and maintains positive and effective relationships with insurance company underwriters.

3. Professional Development. Dedicates time to personal professional and job competency development.

4. AOPA Member Communication. Receive and respond to member inquiries.


High school diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred. Must have or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license. Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications. Required to type 35 wpm. Knowledge of aviation terms and acronyms. Have the ability to work as part of a team.
