Club Facilities

Why I'm interested in starting a club:
I was able to join and attain my private through a flying club close to my hometown in Michigan. The club offered prices that were unmatched and made my childhood dream a reality. Now that I've moved to Massachusetts, I want to attempt to re-create the opportunity for someone else by being a member (and maybe founder) of a club. Reasonable rates through spreading overhead across members is a nice perk too!

    Description of the hangar/clubhouse facilities:
Little/no hangar space; 100LL available; an airport facility open to the public with restrooms and a museum.

Progress made towards starting the club:
I've made contact with a flight instructor who operates out of 2B2; he has also expressed interest in a club and is willing to use his aircraft (C150 and C172). So far, we are members #1 and #2 (of 2) but neither of us knows what we're doing (especially when it comes to equity and rates).
