Why I'm interested in starting a club:
Ive been a pilot since 1979 and have owned three aircraft. Experience has taught me private ownership is not feasible. I am an instructor at my home airport. (see ) There are others who fly out KBVO who are safe, concientous pilots. Ive seen well-managed flying clubs work well. Simple answer: I see organizing and managing a flying club as a way to share the joy of flying with others who, like me, prefer not to aviate in the local rental aircraft.

    Description of the hangar/clubhouse facilities:
Metal hangar, closed. Student Lounge to be the clubhouse. Airport is managed by Conoco/Phillips for their corporate jet. It is a first-rate airport.

Progress made towards starting the club:
    Non yet.
