Club Facilities

Founded in 1936 as University of New Hampshire Flying Club, Skyhaven Flying Club is a not-for-profit club based at Skyhaven Airport in Rochester, New Hampshire (KDAW).

The club is comprised of a wide variety of members from student-pilots to CFI's. Our membership includes aircraft mechanics, flight instructors, Private, Commercial and Airline Transport Pilots, holding nearly every imaginable endorsement. Our members are unified by a common desire to continuously learn about aviation, to do it in a safe and fun manner and to pass the knowledge they possess to future generations of aviators.

Members currently enjoy two aircraft; a Cessna 172 that is IFR certified and equipped with Garmin GNS 430W (WAAS) avionics. A 2007 Cirrus SR20-G2 GTS, equipped with dual GNS 430W and Avidyne avionics has recently been added.
