Club Facilities

Why I'm interested in starting a club:
Its very hard to acquire Multi engine time because its very costly in terms of purchase price, maintenance and insurance especially if you don't have any or are very low time multi engine pilot or pilots. To keep the cost down we would like to get a Piper Twin Comanche to use as a cost effective multi-engine trainer / time builder.

    Description of the hangar/clubhouse facilities:
At the Dupage airport we have access to a pilot lounge with internet access WIFI and all other modern convinces. We also have 2 ILS approaches and a 24 hour FBO.

Progress made towards starting the club:
    -Acquired a Piper PA-30-160 Twin Comanche C (N8693Y).
-Acquired and registered the LLC with the state of IL and opened a bank account.
-Have drafted an operating agreement and club rules.
    -Have started insurance through Avemco.
