Club Facilities

The club would appeal to people who want to own new or almost new high-end aircraft, but don't want to bear the cost of sole ownership.

It would look something like this:

    - Two new or newish Cirrus planes. Could be an SR22 and an SR20, or two SR22s, or two SR20s, as the membership decides.

    - Relatively large buy-in at $50K to $100K per member, cash.

    - Ten members plus or minus

    - The aircraft would be purchased outright and owned by the club with no financing.

    - Relatively small monthly fee of $300-$500 to cover all fixed costs.

    - Cost to fly would be for fuel and engine reserve only, based on Hobbs or Tach.

    - Did I mention that we would be flying two new or recent vintage Cirrus planes??? Everything is open for discussion for those who might be interested. My supposition is that there are others like me who strongly prefer to buy and fly something new/newish (and therefore expensive), has some cash to spend, but not enough to go it alone.
