Club Facilities

Why I'm interested in starting a club:
A club seems to fit my needs but the most accessible club to me is also at the most expensive location. This location happens to be central too its membership, which is a significant amount of people. I'm lucky enough to live in southern California where there are 5 airports within the same basic distance to choose from as home fields, only one of these locations currently has a flying club.

    Description of the hangar/clubhouse facilities:
No such location has been established, this club is currently in the conceptual stages.

Progress made towards starting the club:
3 total perspective members have been identified, and initial work on a financial plan that involves getting too the purchase of a first aircraft, and budget for the first couple years worth of maintenance. Usage cost breakouts are also being worked, based on a partnership that had been established and operating for several years.
