Club Facilities

Why I'm Interested in starting a club:
There are several flying clubs in the North Dallas area, but none catering to relatively high performance aircraft and the aircraft they do have are mostly junk. I would like to start a flying club that bridges the gap between fractional ownership and the low end low cost clubs that cater mainly to the flight training crowd.

I currently own and operate Piper Mirage, which is a wonderful airplane but is grossly underutilized. A small number of high performance aircraft could be available, along with the appropriate flight training to a group of people who would use these airplanes mainly on cross country trips.

Description of the hangar/clubhouse facilities:
I own a 10,000 sq ft hangar with offices at this airport Hangar is a standard sheet metal construction with a 75' x 16' bi fold door. The office facilities are about 1800 sq ft. with bathrooms.

Progress made towards starting the club:
I have entered into exploratory talks with several individuals interested in flying the Mirage.
