AOPA Member Products gets online makeover

Apr. 23, 2004 - AOPA's Member Products are now easier than ever to find online. Newly designed Web pages feature large, clean, easy-to-read categories. Gone are the drop-down menus. You can see your choices at a single glance.

"Having the buying power of more than 400,000 members means that AOPA can offer great services at tremendous prices," said AOPA Senior Vice President of Products and Services Karen Gebhart. "But just as importantly, every time a member uses a Member Product, it helps keep annual dues low and helps AOPA continue to protect the interests of general aviation."

One of the first things members will notice is a big button that will take them to the latest news about AOPA's products and services. Clicking on Insurance, Financial, Pilot, or Ownership Services will let members learn more about what's available. Or if they already know what they're looking for, they can click on the individual service directly from the Member Products home page.

"Member Products are good for our members and good for AOPA," said Gebhart. "They're part of AOPA's commitment to keeping the cost of general aviation affordable."
