What better way to experience AOPA Aviation Summit than by volunteering to help make it happen?
We need volunteers Nov. 4 through 7 to help park the more than 1,000 aircraft that will be flying in to Peter O. Knight and Tampa Executive, direct the flow of traffic and people, and help provide ground transportation. Get a behind-the-scenes look at how we pull off the show and be a part of the excitement by volunteering today.
If you work five hours or more, you’ll receive an AOPA Aviation Summit Forums & Exhibits pass (a $50 value)! Those who help us for three or more shifts will also receive a special certificate of gratitude from AOPA.
Summit, the new look and feel for AOPA Expo, will take place Nov. 5 through 7 in Tampa, Fla. Sign up now to become a volunteer! After helping out, continue the fun by attending forums, taking part in Airportfest, dining at the Florida Aquarium, and more! Throughout the weekend, you’ll have the opportunity to exchange ideas with the key industry and government leaders whose decisions are shaping general aviation’s future at a pivotal time in our history.
Nextant Aerospace, adding a remanufactured King Air to its remanufactured Hawker 400 offering, says the King Air (Nextant G90XT) will fly early next year.
Greg Pecoraro, AOPA vice president of airports and state advocacy, brought Indiana aviation community members up to date on the association’s initiatives.
Elbit Systems has upgraded infrared systems that see through darkness and weather for nearly visual landings and takeoffs, as well as taxi operations.
