The AOPA Collection contains merchandise that carries the AOPA logo. From clothing to doormats, license plate frames to tire gauges, the AOPA Collection is offered in partnership with Sporty’s Pilot Shop to provide logoed items for our members.
The latest addition to the AOPA Collection is the AOPA Leading Edge Jacket. It’s an exceptionally comfortable jacket with modern styling, including a laser-etched AOPA logo. What’s more, the jacket is lightweight, breathable, but also water resistant. One jacket owner reports that rain beads off the AOPA Leading Edge Jacket “like a freshly Rain-X’d windshield.”
Beyond Sporty’s being “the world’s largest pilot shop,” AOPA partnered with them on the AOPA Collection for a reason. The folks at Sporty’s are pilots and aircraft owners themselves so they understand what pilots want—for example, how a button on the top of a baseball cap can feel like a nail in your skull when you’re wearing a headset.
You can be assured that any item in the AOPA Collection is of first-class quality. Before any product is added to the AOPA Collection, we know it has gone through Sporty’s rigorous product testing—and our own approval process.
Year in and year out, the top three AOPA Collection products have remained the same. By popularity, the top three products in the AOPA Collection are the AOPA E6B Watch, the AOPA Wallet and the AOPA Pilot Cap.
