These sample flight rules will likely need to be modified to fit the unique needs of your flying club.
Note: The Board of Directors may approve fields in a number of ways. They can approve all airports listed in the Airport Directory of the Airman's Information Manual, all airports in the AOPA Airport Directory, or all airports shown on sectional charts. The Board may allow well-qualified members to use nondesignated fields. Student pilots and low time members may be restricted to runways of a specified minimum length.
*This rule may be modified depending on the particular aircraft and weather conditions. A member may not be able to fill all seats and carry some luggage without exceeding maximum gross weight limitations if all tanks are full. Also, if the weather is extremely hot, the tanks may overflow through the fuel vent if they are kept full.
