Still NO FUEL as of this date. KSVC just a few miles south has truck and self-serve fuels. No FBO also means no tie-down fees, but also no services. Plan accordingly.

If you fly to 94E, expect crosswinds; it's just a given. There is no FBO so despite what the AOPA webpage says about services available at this airport, there is no self serve (or full serve for that matter) gas and the only way you MIGHT be able to buy gas is to call ahead and make special arrangements. The AWOS frequency reported in the remarks section above is for Grant county airport, so count on the winds being different than reported. If you are meeting someone from Silver City, this is probably the better destination airport because it is much closer to town than KSVC. If you need a courtesy car, you MIGHT be able to make arrangements if you call ahead. If you hadn't noticed, the theme here is to CALL AHEAD!

No fuel and no easy transportation. Silver City doesn't have a taxi. Grant County may be a better place to stop.

Airport hasn't been attended for two years or so, but AM says the FBO is trying to start up again. STILL NO FUEL as of this date. Use KSVC for refueling (just a few miles south).
