Million Air used to be great but my latest experience there says times are changing. I had to do a quick turn after dropping my son off to catch a commercial flight back to school. I had planned on giving the lineman my phone number and also to say I would call when I got back home (20 min flight) to take care of any charges. Over the years I've stopped here many times and most times take services. Sometimes when I've only been staying a few minutes and not needing fuel, I have not been charged. This time when my son went inside they demanded he pay over $30 in fees. We took no services - zero. No lineman came to the aircraft and my son walked to the domestic terminal. He used the door. When I heard about it I called to complain about the lack of attention we received on landing and that my son was billed on the spot rather than them calling me as he had suggested. The shift supervisor I spoke to was adamant that they had simply followed procedures and was unwilling to do anything other than give me the phone number of her boss who happened be be on vacation.

Had to go to KALB on 5/5/11 (first time there) because of bad weather where I was going (montreal). I was pleasantly surprised. The tower was very cooperative and issued progressive taxi instructions on tower frequency despite having 737s and the likes on departure. I went to million air, the lineman helped me park, and offered to take my luggage. One of their guys drove me with one of their vans to lunch and back to the airport. I had to leave the plane there for 3 days and when I was back they offered me cookies and stuff. All and all, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely go back to KALB and million air. Nice folks!
