I flew in from Osceola, WI (KOEO) and stopped at Landmark Aviation. From the moment I opened the door of the plane to the time I left some four hours later, I was treated like family. Everyone was very friendly and helpful oftentimes striking up a friendly conversation while I was waiting for someone. Even though the crew car was available, Chad, the General Manager, took me to the terminal building so I could get a bite to eat and he picked me up within minutes of making a call to him to pick me up. First class service all the way around!

We flew into KCID from Milwaukee for a long weekend in order to attend the Iowa vs. Iowa State football game in Iowa City. I had called PSAir the day before to request a tiedown for the plane for two nights. When I asked Jennifer at PSAir about transportation to the terminal to pick up a rental car, she quickly replied that she would have the car brought over and parked in their parking lot. On the day of the flight, when I called PSAir to let them know I would arrive a few hours earlier than planned, Jennifer said she would have the car brought over earlier. Upon landing, two linemen came out to greet us. Both were very courteous and professional. As a line of storms was approaching, one of the linemen offered to hangar the plane for only $25 as I was buying fuel, and I accepted his offer. Within only a couple of minutes, the plane was topped off and placed in a hangar just as it started to rain. When I returned two days later, the plane was parked right next to the FBO's door and was ready to go. Upon settling the bill, I was told that I was not being charged for the hangar. I was more than happy to pay for it, but the gentleman said I was not being charged for it! As a side note, the entire facility is very clean and comfortable. The briefing room has a nice computer and a printer that actually works! LOL. This is the second time I have visited PSAir this year and both times I was treated very well and felt like they appreciated my business.

As owner of PS Air I take all comments posted here very seriously, particularly with regards to service. I have been an AOPA member for over 20 years and a pilot for 30. I have discussed the above comment with my line staff in an attempt to assure no further problems. I believe this to be an isolated case as most have commented on how good our service is, which is proven by our continued growth. We pride ourselves with the lowest fuel prices on the field with the biggest discounts. If the individual above would like to call me to discuss this issue I would gladly welcome the discussion and offer him a very generous discount on his next time through CID. Stopped at KCID en-route from Oshkosh. Taxied to PS Air who I found apathetic to us to the point we cancelled our fuel order and taxied to LANDMARK AVIATION. GREAT service there. Snappy line person, warm, cheerful, friend;y desk attendant. Whisked a car around for our use. Provided directions to restaurants. Even gave us a discount on the fuel because of Oshkosh. HIGHLY recommended.
