The post about improvement is correct. I was there last week and the city has stepped up and is making huge efforts to gain business. Pretty good service, much better than the FBO next door! They are still building the new terminal, but it will be very nice once complete. Fuel is a little on the expensive side, but they waived ramp fees and fuel purchase, since I was only on the ground for six hours in my Cirrus.

We were a little disappointed. We stopped in on the way to Airventure (Oshkosh) with the promise of hot dogs and a fuel discount. There were no hot dogs, but they did have the cheapest fuel we found on our way to Airventure. They did let us use the crew car to run into town and get some lunch. The new FBO building looks like it will be really nice once complete.

A little disappointed with this airport. Arrived on a Monday, the place was a ghost town. The computers in the FBO are old and difficult to use. Had difficulty determining where to park the aircraft...ended up having to move it again after shutdown. It just simply did not seem like a user friendly airfield. Fuel was also pricey and almost got charged a tiedown fee. On the positive, when you did come across someone, everyone seemed friendly enough.
