Rather irritatingly, they seem prone to offer you these unpublished approaches, which causes much confusion in the cockpit when you're trying to find an approach that doesn't exist in your plates. Beware...

There are some unpublished approaches which have much lower minimums and are not circling. Contact the FSDO and they will help you gain authorization to use them. With the LOC/DME RWY 15 (requires special aircrew training) allows you to go in there with 3 miles of visibility and 1087 foot ceilings.
