My wife and I stopped here again on the way home. We experienced the same wonderful hospitality and were offered the courtesy van overnight. We stayed at the Budget Host Inn, which was old and inexpensive, but surprisingly nicer than a typical motel (new, very comfortable matresses). Although the included breakfast was a basic offering, the food was fresh and appreciated. MI Sombrero was a good and very inexpensive Mexican restaurant for dinner. All in all, a great overnight stop.

I fly to Baxely often on business, and although Miss Lil has retired, it is still a great place to stop in at. Fuel prices are always lower than anywhere around, and they have a newer van to use.
