For many years, I been flying my Grumman Cheetah to BTV from Montréal, Qc (CYHU- St-Hubert), the staff and service at Heritage are amazing. THE Best !. Always so courteous and professional. State of the art FBO, it's a delight stopping at Heritage...and in the morning, you can catch their delicious cookies.

Received top-notch service from a very friendly staff. Purpose of my visit was to an Angel Flight to drop-off a passenger, so was only at the airport for less than an hour. However I did tour the facility and was very impressed with the facilities available. On the ground level is a standard flight planning area with a large conference room, dining/snack area and a spacious lobby area with coffee bar. The upper level was very surprising to me with a gym, quiet rooms, theater (large screen system with surround sound and large recliners) and pilot lounge. You must "see to believe." The pilot lounge was complete with a ping pong table and WII. Wish I could have spend more time, however was on a schedule.

We visited Burlington over the 4th of July weekend and I parked my 1976 Cessna Cardinal at Heritage Aviation. We had a very nice greeting. I think this was the first time I had a red carpet extended to my Cardinal. They treated us as if we got out of one of the corporate jets parked there. Their brand new facility is just amazing and the staff is absolutely as courteous and professional as anywhere. They gave us a ride to our hotel, not to mention many local tips on what to do in Burlington. What really impressed me was something else though. As we were leaving on July 4th my starter gave me trouble and the Cardinal wouldn't start. Since it was a holiday I was contemplating a 6 hour drive back to NY. Luckily the mechanics John (who I believe runs the shop) and Kevin were there despite it being a holiday (and another gentleman whose name I can't remember). Before I knew, it the Cardinal was in the hangar, cowling was off, and both mechanics were all over it. In a few minutes they had the bendix drive freed and the starter was working again. After all that John wouldn't even let me pay. I was absolutely impressed by the entire experience. Highly recommend Heritage.
