Young man that greeted us when we arrived was very nice and helpful. However, the woman that works there is not very friendly and ,worse, gives out incorrect information. We asked about frequencies we should be using to get a clearance and whether or not Campbell Departure could be reached on the ground. She gave us incorrect information on both counts.

hope pilots will give outlaw another chance.. the young man josh started not long ago and he will treat you as well as anyone...we have been flying into ckv a few months now and it keeps getting better each time..hopefully when the new facility is complete the service and operation should be first class..

Nice airport, horrible and rude service Aircraft Maintenance FBO . I tied down for two nights and I was told there was no fees. When I went to leave, I was asked (rather rudely) about fuel and I said I would get it at the self serve and then I was told to make sure I pay my tie down fee. They don't have any flight computers and wouldn't waive tie down fees with fuel purchase, so I paid and went to the self serve pumps. As it turns out, the main city FBO is next door (main terminal) and they have a flight planning room and have plans to break ground soon to build a new FBO. Might try it again, but not very impressed with the people or the facilities.
