Buckley Aircraft Maintenance (909.393.4295) isn't listed above but they did very nicely by us when we flew in over Thanksgiving and our alternator had gone out. Despite being backed up they fitted us in, asked very thoughtful questions, gave us a back-up plan, and fixed the problem. We enjoyed Flo's also.

Did a first flight in my experimental aircraft and ATC was awesome from that day and each and every time since I have flown from Chino. ATC is always helping pilots on the ground and in the air, it is never an issue when someone deviates from instructions, they are calm at all times and extremely professional and Patient. I have found they are the best group of controllers in all of the airports I have gone to in SoCal. Chino IS way out of the way for any big parks (Disney, Knotts, etc) If that is the need fly into Fullerton.

Flew in today for stop number two on my 2nd cross-country solo for my PPL. Loved it. Friendliest ATC EVER. The ground controller was especially nice to me. I kinda got lost on my way to the north west transient ramp and he caught my being lost before I did. I wound up parking and going to check out Planes of Fame, which was also awesome. HIGHLY resommend going to check on this airport. From the museums to the food to the boneyard, its a seriously cool destination.

Very cool airport. VERY good food at Flo's, one of the best for biscuits and gravy as far as airport cafe's go. You stand a good chance of seeing historic aircraft in action there, last time I flew in there was a guy flying his spectacular P-38 lightning. Friendly ATC.
