We flew into KCPS on 30 MAR 2013 and had a great experience. First of all, the view of St. Louis and the arch are wonderful as you approach so that in itself make landing at KCPS a great experience. We used Ideal Aviation and had truly first rate service. A huge snowstorm was approaching as we landed so they got our bird into one of their hangars immediately ($35/night). Then they got us a rental car and arranged a hotel for us in St. Louis using their special rate. I would recommend them to anybody.

Ideal aviation is awesome. The newly renovated facilities are nice and the staff will bend over backwards to help you out. I've been using them regularly for several months now and all of my experiences have been first rate.

It is possible that Jet Aviation was once "bad" but they must have gotten their act together. I was doing an aerial tour and had a 9 year old passenger that got sick so we landed here and used Jet Aviation. The people were AMAZING! They helped clean us up a bit and then entertained our airsick passenger and her aunt for an hour and a half while her mother and I flew back to get a car to come get them. Not only did they not ask for a thing in return but they also went and got them some lunch! Yes, their fuel prices are a bit steep but the people make Jet Aviation a success in my book!

Stopped at Jet Aviation for 15 minutes to drop off a passenger. They wanted a $20 ramp fee or 15 gals @ $6.99/gal. Both fees are rediculous, and not at all aligned for this area. I noted that the A/FD makes no mention of such a fee. Their own web site does not mention such a fee. After much convincing they did not collect the fee, but I'll be finding a different location in the future.
