flew our helicopter in from nevada (long but beautiful flite) service at Custer was 5 star -airport manager loaned us his truck. Had a great time Mt Rush ect...

Great place. My wife and I stopped here while enroute to Mount Rushmore. Shannon was very helpful in getting a car for us and answering any questions we had about the area. Will return again.

We arrived for the 4th of July weekend and the service was absolutely outstanding! We arrived just before a thunderstorm hit the field and I was offered a hangar, which I took, and kept my plane there for the duration of our visit. I think $25 per day was more than fair for the peace of mind it gave me. We were doing a bicycle trip up to Mt Rushmore. On the last day of our trip, Shannon, from the FBO, picked us at our motel in Custer in her pickup truck, which saved us the 2 mile ride to the airport. How can you get better service than that?

Nice facilities. Fuel $$$$. Rental car also $$$, but great day visiting Mt Rushmore, 30 min north, and Wind Cave, 30 min south. Shannon helpful at the FBO. New owners as of late June, 2011, hopefully they will set up a car rental/courtesy car service
