Exercise caution at night when on short final for runway 26, for 2 towers, one of which remains "Lights out of service". Went to Curtis because of a bad experience a Key Air at OXC. Curtis is cramped but has nice people and more resonable pricing. I recommend it for light aircraft.

Stopped at BAC as it is only a short walk to the mall and restaurants (Olive Garden, Red Lobster). Very friendly. Even offered a crew car. No parking fee. Tower very helpful. Great place to stop.

Very nice airport. VERY helpful tower (because of hill, airport not obvious when approaching from SW). Friendly but efficient. They actually sounded like they cared; were happy to guide me when I questioned about the ground markings/runup areas. (ground markings are not particularly clear, esp. runway entry zones.....ask and they'll tell ya) Makes flying fun again.
