Very nice airport!!! The service was excellent staff super nice. Would recommend this airport to anyone. They had the rental car waiting on us at the plane helped with luggage and tie downs. Super helpful and nice.

What a great place to stop! Car waitting and lots of help. Really treated us first class with lots of personal service. I cannot imagine stopping at a more convenient place. Lots of ramp space and the local scenery is great. We will be back.

Have made a couple of stops at Branson West and everything people have said about this airport and its personnel is true. Water wating, tie down assistance, fueled when ready to depart, care available and any guidance questions answered immediately. The service was such that I have scheduled an Angel Flight, Oklahoma event there on Oct 28-30. Interested IFR or VFR pilots that would like to attend can contact me immediately. Excellent airport to stop and stay at. We called 20 out and they had everything ready for us when we showed up. Including the car and water!! Just excellent servervice is all I have to say. I felt at home with the hospitality there and yes will come back.

Stopped for fuel twice during a recent cross-country. The staff were great . . . assisted me with the self-serve fuel . . . had a cold bottle of water when I stepped out of the plane . . . great new facility . . . I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Landed after hours; gas'd up, and then discovered starter problem. They came to help me that evening and had me on my way next morning, after ferrying me to/from motel! Jamie Kirley, mgr., and his crew go beyond the extra mile. Thank you, guys.

Excellent service! Landed and the outside temp was 107 degrees, but right out on the tarmac was a lineman to park my aircraft. I opened the cabin door and wall there were two ice cold waters for both myself and my passenger. I went to lunch and they watched over my plane so I could keep my doors open in the stiffling heat. When I came back from lunch, they had moved my plane to a shaded hangar so I could do my preflight out of the sun. That was awesome! If you are going to Branson this is the place to go. Great location, facility and staff.

Used Aeropremier FBO on a four day stop over. On arrival crew greeted us and assisted tie down, Also used hangar/aircraft detailing services. Detailing went well and fuel prices competetive. Only negative is instrument approach is needed asap !

My wife and I planned a trip to Branson in the Lance and was getting dicouraged by the landing, tiedown fees until I found out about KFWB. What a refreshing airport! They made the car rental arrangements and met us with the cold water like I had heard. This is one of the top rated stops in the country. SUPER JOB GUYS! I will come back!

Called the FBO the day of our trip to Branson to check any info and see about rental car, staff was very helpful. Upon are arrival on July 14, on a 98 degree day the FBO staff met us at our airplane (Piper Cherokee) with two ice cold bottles of water, was very friendly and helpful, FBO had already started our rental car and had the A/C running on high and had two more ice cold bottles of water in the car, all at no charge, all I can say I have never been treated so well. We will be flying to Branson West when we travel to Branson from now on, airport is located at a great spot to travel to Silver Dollar city and to access Branson without as much vehicle traffic as other local airports
