To whom it may concern, On July 8th, 2011, I contacted Lanmar Aviation via land line and informed a staff member (Ashley) that I intended to fly into Groton airport on Monday or Tuesday. I asked if they had a courtesy car available, and in an extremely professional manner Ashley replied: "I will be here both days, whats your tail number? We have a car and it will be ready for you when you arrive." When I did arrive on the 11th of July at approx. 12:00 pm my three-year-old daughter and I were greeted by Ashley. Again, in a professional manner she assisted us as if she knew us. Ashley, also prepared a small bag for my daughter (Sophia) that included an assortment of items/toys that would assist any parent through the most trying times. She then gave us directions to Mystic Aquarium and even suggested a resturant nearby. We then proceeded to the aquarium and "certainly" created memories that will last a lifetime for both Sophia and I. Unfortunately, upon our return to Lanmar Aviation, Ashley was not there to thank! However, we were greeted by other Lanmar staff members that were extremely professional as well. In closing, I just wanted to say thank you to Lanmar Aviation and the staff members for everything they did for my daughter and I. I truly look forward to returning to Lanmar in the future, and at a minimum sharing this experience with others in our aviation community. Respectfully, MJS
