Flew Angel Flights through Northern Air recently on two occasions. Both times staff were friendly, helpful, and great to work with. ATC provided quick arrival and departure IFR services. Overall, a great airport to visit.

Flew in 5/27/12 to catch a Whitecaps game. Staff was absolutely excellent.....very friendly and attentive. We had tied to arrange for a cab to take us to stadium, but Grand Rapids Air Center folks told us that wasnt necessary and handed us keys to their crew car. Took the time to give us detialed directions and other advice as it was out first time visiting the area. When we go back to KGRR we will definitely use Grand Rapids Air center again! FBO was one of the best I've seen.....everything brand new, pristine, and clean! Did I mention the staff was incredibly helpful?! You wont be disappointed!

We flew in for an event on a Sunday afternoon after calling ahead to to Grand Rapids Air Center to request use of a crew car. When we arrived, the car was in use, actually overdue. Instead of saying "sorry" .... the staff quickly arranged for us to use a truck. This friendly willingness to go the extra mile .. as well as a spectacular facility .. deserves the same high praise mentioned above. THANKS!! Helpful tower .. great FBO!!

Intended to land about 100 miles from GRR but weather caused me to land here. Approach and tower unbelievably accommodating recognizing that it was a last minute situation. Grand Rapids Air Center gave me fabulous service, crew car, information, etc. They all deserve high praise.
