I obviously landed there on the wrong Sunday. On 4/7/2013 at around 12:30PM, we stopped in to pick up a family member and head back out. The attendant chocked me, and asked if I needed topped off. When I said no, he informed me of a $10 landing fee. I understand some places charge landing fees and overnight fees, but I let him know I was surprised there was a fee for a 10 minute stop for a 4-seater airplane at a municipal GA airport. Once inside, the same attendant was behind the counter and I handed him a $10 bill. He handed it back with an attitude, and said "It's obviously worth more to you than us" and refused to take it. Feeling very uncomfortable, we waited outside for our passenger. Within a few minutes, the same attendant tracked us down out front to ask if the plane had the brakes set, because he was pulling his chocks (which he did, on a windy day). Keep it classy, HBG.

Year end and year out, this is one of my favorite stops. These guys are great.
