This airport is terrible for anything but a place to stop for a quick break and fuel. No food, vending doesn't work, no car, etc. This airport is a big disappointment. On the other hand it is a handing stop between VA and MI, controlled airfield, 5000ft runway and friend staff.

We stopped there on 5/7/12 to get some food, re-fuel, and check weather. While the fuel price was good, there was nothing else there available. The only food was from a few vending machines, and these didn't work. There is no computer available for weather access and the only person at the FBO said the only way to get weather info at this airport is to call Flight Service. When asked about other food possibilities they said there is nothing available -- they did not offer a courtesy car or suggest other transportation to get food. Overall, if you want anything more than just fuel I would avoid stopping at this airport.
