'No-radio' operations are possible at HTW, but this airport is extremely close to Huntington Tri-State, Class D airspace (KHTS). Suggest those unfamiliar with the area contact HTS approach control on 119.75, if able.

City bus service available to Huntington WV. See TTA (Tri-State Transit Authoity) for schedule. Lodging about 1/2 mile West of Airport.
