We stopped at KINT on 30 MAR 2013 and had a first rate experience. Landmark aviation was very helpful and attentive and since we flew in later in the evening they let us take a courtesy car for the night as long as we promised to have it back by 9AM the next morning. The FBO facility is also first rate. I would recommend this airport and Landmark to anybody.

made an urgent landing after alternator loss on a saturday. they were friendly and helpful in renting a car. hertz at fbo. called maint on monday am and discussed issue. they checked and i was ready to be hosed. they replaced alternator at my request. this was done expeditiously and at reasonable costs. returned in a week and test flew. all ok. paid the bill and fueled up. waived fees due to maintainance done. all were courtous and prompt. tower is also nice and helpful. this is run as a business with fine customer service. they get it. there are many choices in aviation (except emergencies). my experience leads me to recommend them highly. it is close enough to charlotte,gso and other airports close by to drive if you have to leave aircraft. hotel close by to airport is fine too.

Just a few miles to the west of KGSO, KINT is 70c/gal cheaper at the self serve (5.62ish). On my way back from the south, I tried KINT (used to go to KSGO). Much cheaper, self serve went very well. It's a busy A/P though and TWR was stuck doing clearance, GND and TWR work. TWR lady was still very nice and helpful. Next time, I'll try clearing customs at KINT, I can't afford 70c on a gallon at KGSO. Did not see any landing/ramp fee. I hope that it's not in the mail...

Update. They now have a tv in the pilots lounge. Staff is first class and is quick to help. Pulliam's hotdog stand and Putters are good places to get something to eat. Highly recommend this as a fuel stop.

The people at Landmark are very nice. Yes, fuel prices are higher than other nearby areas. If your going to be at the FBO all day waiting for passengers please remember they do not have a TV in the crew lounge. This is the ONLY airport I've been too in many years of charter flying where the FBO didn't have a TV. Kinda sad for a chain of FBOs like Landmark. Nothing worse than sitting all day in the pilot lounge staring at your FO.

People at FBO are friendly & helpful. Fuel prices are significantly higher than others close by. On first 3 visits this year, FBO waived overnight fee if >20 gallons fuel purchased - NOT on fourth visit - purchased 25 gallons of overpriced fuel and was charged $17 overnight fee, which is about TWICE the cost of nearby airports. Asked FBO manager to waive fee as in past - believe it or not, she refused. Unless absolutely necessary, I will not be back, and if I have to pay their outrageous tie-down fee, I will not purchase fuel again.

Better experience this time. Friendly people, rental car ready to go. I had ordered fuel I didn't really need, but they hadn't fueled it two days later when I was ready to depart. They looked all around for the order, but it couldn't be found. Not a big deal, I didn't really need it, they waived the facility fee for the trouble, and I had them put in 10 gal. All in all a good place to go.
