Flew in on Sunday 10/04/2009 for the first time. Service at Blue Ash was great. We walked down the street to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch and the plane was fueled up when we got back. Courteous,friendly and helpful.

An addition to my above comment, just to make sure it's understood: OSHP Pilot : Bravo, very professional, great explanation of his job duties as a pilot and Trooper Airshow Boss, or whatever they call him: BOO, rude, unprofessional. I don't know if the trooper heard these comments, but he said things like: He'll leave when I say he can leave and also the comment: If the Governor has a problem with paying him not getting out of here he can come talk to me.

I was at the airshow today, and had a pleasant experience talking with the State Patrol Pilot. It was getting close to time for him to leave, if I remember, he was working overtime traffic enforcement. The airshow boss or whatever he is was rude and unprofessional toward this trooper. I think IF the State Patrol wants to come back next year, somebody needs to find a different person to be The Man. This trooper handled everything so professionaly, exactly how one would expect an OSHP trooper to handle it.

Have flown into ISZ twice, my son once. All three visits have been positive - they loaned a crew car to us on one of the trips.

Pretty rude people in the older flight school/flying school part. We asked where the flight planning room was and they pointed to a phone then made a point to be loud during our attempt to get a briefing.
