Cannot say enough about Ferguson Air Services. Superb! Outstanding! Amazing! - do not adequately describe the folks at Ferguson. From the professional linemen to the super competent desk staff, everyone at Ferguson treats you like a VIP. They are all very friendly and helpful. Michelle went out her way to see that we were taken care of. We needed a car for a few hours and they had it waiting for us when we arrived. On our last visit we didn't even buy fuel (flight constraints), and we were still given red carpet treatment. If every FBO could be like Ferguson Air Service, we would all be happy (happier) pilots. Great place!

First time at Gulf Shores so I was not familiar with the FBO's. Went to Ferguson Air Service. It was the best! The folks there were so helpful and pleasant! Michelle was at the desk and made EVERY effort to help me with my stay. She even provided a beach chair that another customer had left there! The prices were fair (they waived the first night of tie-down with fuel purchase) and they had my rental car ready and waiting. They could not have done more for me. When I come back to this airport you can be sure that I will park at Ferguson's Air Service.

Gulf Air Center is the best FBO I've ever visited. It there were a rating above excellent, they would get it. If you're considering a stop at Gulf Shores, you can't go wrong using this FBO.

I am use to FBO's being staffed by friendly individuals, but I tied down at Ferguson's recently, and they were over the top! They were the friendliest and most helpful group of individuals I have come across in a long time. One person even gave me their personal cell phone number and told me to call at any hour with any questions or problems. I highly recommend this FBO.

My husband and I were amazed at the customer services we received at Ferguson FBO on August 4, 2012. From the time we flew in until the time we flew out we were showed outstanding service. We were greated with a fresh brewed cup of tea and fresh baked cookies. My children meet me at the airport and was treated as if the were movie stars ( thank you). I want to thank all of the crew at Ferguson FBO airport, we will be back.

Very, very nice airport, super easy to get in and out. Stopped by for a Sunday afternoon beach visit. The folks at Gulf Air were great.

Landed to wait out a front. Gulf Air Services were great. Came to me in a gulf cart. Staff at desk helped with a hotel and car. Great place to stop at. Also pilot lounge is a nice little cabin on site. Lou Lou's recommended as well. Didn't go there last night but will tonight.

The folks at Greyhawk Air are TOP NOTCH!!!! The nicest people around. They went out of their way to help me out. My son got sick about 10 miles from the airport and I taxied up to the FBO. Immediately two gentlemen came out to greet me. I told them what happened and the brought out free bottles of water, paper towels, wet wipes, and a garbage can. The facility is very nice and the staff really know the meaning of customer service. I highly recommend them. They are cheaper than the other FBO across the ramp.

My family and I flew into Jack Edwards late on Sunday night from Dauphin Island. The young man at the FBO (Sean) was terrific. He and the remaining crew assisted my family with great professionalism and made my wife and kids feel as though they were important folks. My hat is off to the team. Also, Sean's recommendation to eat at a place called Lou Lou's was excellent. My wife and kids had a ball.
