Landed at Louisville to deal with a maintenance issue and was directed to Louisville Executive Aviation (LEA). The staff at LEA were extremely helpful and friendly. We ended up being in Louisville for the week and the staff at LEA went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. I would highly recommend them if you want helpful, friendly service.

Flew in for business in Piper Matrix. Used Louisville Executive. Very friendly and helpful staff, prompt service. No charge for tie down with fuel. Other GA piston pilots around. FBO is not comparable to Signature but certainly acceptable. Person picking me up was able to easily drive out to plane to pick me up. Fuel is not cheap but competitive.

Stopped to visit family for a few hours in Louisville. I parked at Central American Airways. Nice facilities, but the people were all rather rude and didn't seem to want my business. I would recommend stopping at Louisville Executive, which is where I will go next time.

Central American Airways facilities are nice, and staff are friendly and helpful. I have been flying into LOU since 1991 to visit family. They have never charged for a tie-down during my stays when I purchased gas. But AV gas is $5.23 per gallon plus 9% tax. I park close to the gate to unload and the line staff moves the plane to tie-downs. Line staff helped this past visit when my main tires needed air pressure added.
