08/18/2012 - Took my mother here for her birthday. Turns out Ryans Place was closed so we went to eat at Country Waffles. Food wasn't bad, but was looking forward to Ryans. Here's my approach video into Los Banos. http://youtu.be/jCETppH0Dgw

Ryan's Place is next to (west side of) Westamerica Bank, both are located on the South side of Pacheco Boulevard (CA-152). You could also say it is due South from the blue Mid Valley Aviation building, just across CA-152. The distance is about 1/4 miles as stated in the directory.

Can't find this Ryan's place so end up having my $100 burger at McDonalds across the airport. Unable to start my plane for my return flight due to drained battery. This nice fellow at Mid Valley Aviation helped me tow my plane to their shop, charged my battery for 15 minutes and got me going again. THANK YOU MID VALLEY AVIATION.
