Great little airport. Word of caution, bring cash for the $17 landing fee, there is no ATM for quite a ways when you get there. If you get a chance I highly recommend visiting the beach at the end of 24. By far one of the best airports on the east coast no doubt.

Flew out there today for the day. It was an absolutely beautiful day with not a lot of people on the beach. We walked a few hundred yards down the street and had lunch at The Inlet, which I highly recommend. The seafood was very fresh, and all three of us thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and the view of the harbor and inlet. We then walked the beach and headed back through the dunes to the airport. This is a great day trip, and the airport is nice. It would be great if they had more tie downs though. Helen who manages the office was pleasant and offered to pick us back up from the beach if she was not busy.

flew in for Dinner on Saturday night. Landing fee is still $17. Walked to Ricks for a quick but pricey meal. Food was good and service was as well. As previous posters mentioned the prices are fair for the east end and other tourist spots but don't go here looking for a cheap dinner. WORD OF CAUTION: There were several deer on and around the runway when I planned to depart. The nice woman working the desk came out in a van and helped keep them away as I departed
