Landmark is a new operator here, they work since approximately December. And they are very friendly to the general aviation, while servicing a lot of big jets, charters and so on. Extra advantage in addition to the transportation to/from Bart or rental car agencies and delivering rental cars directly, is that they are 5 minutes walking from Aviation Museum, and 7 minutes walking from rental cars pick-up and drop-off sites where free shuttles are available to the passenger terminal (with restaurants and shuttle to the Bart) so even if you can;t contact them or they are very busy (sometimes) you still have a free transportation. Great FBO, they made OAK a very reasonable place for the GA aviation (to pick up or drop by passengers, or to stop for the dinner or for the quick visit to San Francisco).

I have used Business Jet Center and thought they were a great operation. The everyone was friendly and they gave me a shuttle to the BART station right away.
