Stopped at Showalter on 02/09/2013 for the day. Very friendly, courteous staff and nice modern facilities. Rental car was waiting on the ramp when we arrived. Fuel was discounted $0.75 a gallon on Saturdays. Great experience. Will definitely be back.

Just moved to the area, went to Air Orlando Aviation to see about an IPC. This place is a sad example of why general aviation is declining. The service at the front desk was atrocious, with them simply ignoring me while they discussed vacation days and annoying students. If they think their current students are annoying, and that its OK to discuss that in front of prospective customers, then it may explain the stories I heard about one of their instructors spinning in a Cirrus recently. Very sad, and very unprofessional.

I also had a great experience at Sheltair at ORL. Super friendly and helpful staff, great facility, popcorn, cookies, waters, rental car coming to your plane on shutdown, and they even went the extra mile to pull my plane into a hangar so I could load and preflight out of the rain. I've been twice to ORL in the last 4 months and had great service both trips. OBTW, the self service pump is across the airport off taxiway Alfa near the GA hangars. Highly recommend Sheltair and ORL.

Sheltair Aviation did a great job. May never go to Kissimmee again. When we pulled into ramp on 3/25 they had rental car pulled up to plane before I shut the engine off. Line crew and desk staff first rate. Might use the self service gas next time though. Tower guys great to transient also. Progressive all the way in-and I needed it.

Sheltair did a great job. Popcorn water bottles and cookies for the kids. Self serve fuel was reasonable price. Got us a rental car for the crew rate. I would use them again. Very pleasant and helpful.

We came in late and the fbo was extremely helpful staying after hours with a smile on their face to get us a rental car and hotel room. Definitely a nice place to stop!
