ATC are very friendly to GA arrivals. SFJC is one of the best FBOs I've ever encountered; they arranged a car through Hertz at just a couple of hours notice; the car pulled up beside the plane almost before I had shutdown the engine. You don't have to walk anywhere on the huge ramp area; they always have a minivan running around picking up and dropping off. Ramp fees are $6 a night, which is reasonable for the service. Do self-serve fuel; it's at least a dollar per gallon cheaper than full serve. And to cap it all it must be the only adobe style control tower anywhere in the world!

Santa Fe Airport Grill in terminal serves good food. SFJC is great, but municipal self-serve tanks are cheaper if you're just stopping for a burger.

Excellent service from Santa Fe Jet Center. They had a car waiting for us and serviced and tied down our airplane. Very friendly and helpful.
