I am sorry to say that the service provided by Sante Fe Air Service is horribly bad. On the first day of my visit, I tied down overnight. I called the next day and asked to be moved to a heated hangar since snowfall was forecast. The next day, I drove by the airport and saw it in the same spot tied down outside covered in snow. I spoke the person at the counter who acted surprised that it was outside, explained that there was plenty of hangar space, then wrote down my tail number and assured me it would be put in the hangar. I called back later to make sure it had been hangared and was told that it had been. Upon returning to the airport the next day for departure, it was still outside completely covered in snow and ice. More apologies were given at the counter, and I decided to delay my departure until later in the day after it was put in a hangar to melt the snow and get the bitter chill out of the airframe. Of course, I sat there in my rental car for half and hour before going back to my hotel after they finally did tug it into a hangar. Unbelievable that they didn't correct this after their first mistake, then continued to get this wrong until creating a major inconvenience to me and delaying my departure on a 10 hour flight back east.
