Restaurant closed 2 years ago. We stopped for a snack (machine) at the friendly FBO.

Stopped by for fuel and a streach on my way home to Maine because they advertise Shell fuel products. The crew on duty were very helpful and friendly. The operation is clean, well run. The tower personel also friendly and helpful above and beyond. My only complaint is that the FBO didn't give the usual $.10 gal discount on the shell card. That's the reason I stopped. Other than that thoough all is good at Bay Land Aviation.

Stopped by SBY as a fuel stop on my way from Mass to FL on 2-20-11 and found the facility to be top-notch, the tower as helpful and friendly as they come, and the people and FBO staff just as good! An easy, friendly place to stop over!

Perhaps its time for an update. Stopped here to escape the storms on 8/22/10. What a treat. People were great, friendly and helpful. Offered us the car and directions to a fantastic meal in town (Goin' Nuts Cafe'). At the end of the day when the weather still hadn't broke, Brian, their fuel guy, contacted the Hampton Inn and arranged not only for a room at a terrific price, but also for a shuttle pick up and waited with us until the shuttle arrrived. Already looking for a reason to return. Thanks to everyone.
