Nice airport. Trolly close by and cafe open. Training for controllers so brush up on correct way to communicate. 27 approach is fun coming from the north, south and east...

Breakfast all day when Gillespie Field Cafer is open (0700-1400), good food. Novel transient parking arrangement at the west end of runway 27, south side, where there is a gate to get to the SD Trolley a short distance away. Trolley system covers most of metro San Diego.
