11/2/2012: Pulled in to South St. Paul Municipal. Facility was very clean and well maintained. The airport manager, Glen, was very accommodating and helpful. Staff was very pleasant. Good availabilty of tie-downs. If you're looking to get close to Mall of America, or KMSP, in general, this was a great stop. Be careful at self-serve pumps, though. The auto-gas and 100LL are side-by-side.
