Reflections was a great restaurant, unfourtunately they closed recently: http://gigharbor.patch.com/blog_posts/another-gig-harbor-restaurant-closes Word around the FBO is another owner may be considering buying it for restaurant use. If you fly in to KTIW, keep in mind there is currently no on airport restaurant.

Just had a fabilous Sunday Brunch at the Reflections Restaurant. Also flew in for dinner during an IFR proficiency flight last week - also good food. They're open 7am-9pm during summer. I support Rich_Edgerton's comments of Oct 2011. AOPA should delete the 3/2010 comment as no longer accurate. We need good Restaurants at airports - and they need our support when they provide good food and service. Reflections does both.

A new restaurant (Reflections) enjoyed a grand opening 1 October 2011. I found the staff both friendly and accommodating. Seating includes tables outside for those who want to watch any of the various operations. :-) The interior is tastefully decorated and includes a fireplace and full bar. They have very long hours of operation: open at 0600 for breakfast and close after dinner at 2100 most nights. Their phone number is 253-432-4691 (they ask for you to call ahead if you have a large group). The restaurant is directly below the tower with transient parking out front--couldn't get easier!

The field no longer has a restaurant open, so don't fly into Tacoma Narrows for the previously reported (published, in fact) great food. Per the tower, the restaurant went out of business in January 2010 and the port has not been able to find anyone interested in reopening it. Good news, nearby Bremerton's restaurant is still open and serves decent food.
