I would recommend Mobile Air Center rather than Signature, when needing FBO services. Very horrible service. Pulled in, and not sure where exactly we needed to park, while lineman just stood there at the hangar doors and looked at us. Requested 50 gallons of fuel, and informed them that we would be back after eating lunch out in town. The lineman, as well as the front desk said it would be filled, and waiting for us when we got back. Well we got back about 4 hours later, and still we didn't have any fuel. It took them over 20 minutes to get the truck, and get us filled up. All we got was them saying "I don't know what happened, I thought it got taken care of". Not once did they offer an apology, or even a discount to us. It's as if they could care less. If you have ever heard the saying "Useless as tits on a boar", than you will understand on where this FBO fits in at this Airport.

This used to be my favorite FBO. Over the last 15 years I stopped there for fuel on my frequent trips between Texas and Florida. My last stop was December 28, 2011, and it will be the last time I stop there. There are new owners and managers and the changes they have made are not for the better. My plane needed some minor maintenance and I was met with complete indifference on the part of the FBO staff. They claimed their hands were tied by the new manager's policy, so I'll refuel somewhere else next time.

Landed at MOB overnight June 18, 2011. My experience was very positive. Mobile Air Center had a friendly staff and a very nice facility. The airport was very easy to get in and out of and very well maintained. I plan to stop again soon.
