We used KMSN as our 'home' base for 2012 EAA AirAdventure at Oshkosh. The Wisconsin Aviation folks are dynamite...friendly, helpful. The FBO facilities are superb. Price of gas was reasonable considering all that a pilot and airplane receive in service.

The Wisconsin Aviation Facilities at KMSN are absolutely beautiful. The people at the FBO are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I landed there last summer and borrowed their courtesy car and took it down town Madison. Madison is a beautiful city. The staff at the FBO tied down for me and had the airplane ready for me when I got back. This is one of the best airports/FBO that I've ever visited. Definitely worth a visit.

Visited Wisconsin over the weekend and had an EXCELLENT experience both coming and going. Wisconsin Aviation were friendly and first class and the controllers were efficient and very forgiving of my slight error in taxiing. Highly recommended.

Great quick-turn here last week -- they marshaled airplane to parking, and had the fuel order completed before I got the desk! Beautiful facility, MSN tower makes it easy to get to/from FBO, very friendly line and desk staff, small pilot shop with some charts. Great restaurant (Jet Room) in the building.

Excellent services all around. ATC was very friendly and helpful with getting in and out. One of the best Class C experiences I have had. Wisconsin Aviation absolutely outstanding from Linesmen to Desk assistance. WA FBO facilities were beautiful and convenient. Day Approach and Night Departure from/to SE offered incredible views of the Lakes and State Capitol. Be sure to have a camera handy.

Beautiful Airport and Wisconsin Aviation is nice facility. We had not even turned off the engine when they pulled up to the plane in our rental car that Leanne had arranged for us. However things went kind of downhill from that. Lianne told me when I called a month or so earlier that they had booked me into the Fairfield Inn for $79/night. However when I went there, no reservation. I then called the FBO who adivsed me that the reservation was at the Residence Inn for about twice the price. When I returned the next day to fly out, it took about 15 minutes to pay the bill for fuel and had difficulty getting the plane brought up to the ramp for us to leave. So I would recommend verifying whatever they have agreed to do for you. It seems like some of the staff is not well trained. Maybe it was because I had my Ohio State colors on!
