First time visit; helpful controllers; study the TAC before flying in the area. Ate at Norm's Cafe outside patio in the administration building next to transient parking and fuel station; great view to runways. The cafe was busy during my visit --- food was hot and good; just be aware that they don't accept credit cards; cash only. The pilot shop was close during my visit

I enjoy this airport service is good food is pretty good too, and if you are lucky you get to hear this wonderful voice saying.....thank you for visiting have a good flight! man I wish we had some of this at compton woodley their are some great folks at compton, but no food or wonderful voice all we got is some jerk they didn't want !

Flew in for an event at the fairgrounds next door. The FBO folks were extremely friendly and helpful. $5 for overnight parking and I got a free ride to the fairgrounds. I also ate at Norm's Cafe. The service was slow and the food was cold when it arrived. On the plus side, the cafe is right next to transient parking and the wait staff was very friendly. Overall an 'A' for the airport and a 'C-' for the cafe.
