I have been to many large FBO's as an Angel Flight Pilot. I came to this FBO, bringing my son back to school (SU!). Landmark Aviation at SYR has to be one of the best! They are professional, courteous, and friendly. The handling charge of $25 is only accessed if you stay on the ramp for over 1 hour. It is waived with only a 7 gal fuel purchase. They cannot guarantee a crew car but I have never arrived when one was not available. They can get a rental on short notice. I left my car GPS mount in one of their crew cars and they sent it back to me free of charge! I put windshield washer fluid into the car because it was out (the least I could do for a free car!) and they sent ME a thank you note!!

Went to drop off a friend at landmark aviation. Everyone was courteous. I bought fuel to waive the handling charge (need to buy 7 gal min) of $25 I think. The airport has some commercial traffic so it was good training to avoid wake turbulence and the runway at night is very impressive (instrument markings and lighting). Overall nice experience, I highly recommend it.
