I agree MKT has promblems with rude ground staff. Every time I go in to get fuel the secreatary seems to be talking on the phone and she ignores the presence of any pilots waitng for service.

I had the same experience as the pilot on 5/20/2011. Looks like a nice airport, though surprised no linesman came out to see if I needed gas/help etc. Oh well. Once inside it is a nice building. The secretary was on the phone and did not acknowledge my presence...looks at me and looks away still talking for close to 5 minutes as I stand there. Finally she asked what I need. I tell her I would like the Mooney topped off and that I needed a crew car to attend meetings. She tells me there is a two hour limit on the car. I tell her I will be 3-4 hours and ask if there is a taxi service or what my alternatives might be? She walks away without saying a word, slaps the keys down in front of me and tells me it's the white crown vic. She was equally charming on my return while I paid for gas and returned the keys. She can't even muster the usual hello/please/thank you/have a good day kind of things. I have never experienced anything similar at any FBO. Funny thing is at the moment I thought I might need a taxi, I pulled out the printout from AOPA and the review from 5/20/2011 caught my eye...I almost chuckled sure that this is the same secretary!
