The exhibitor prospectus was mailed to all exhibitors who exhibited in Hartford at the 2007 show on April 1, 2008.

The second mailing will go to exhibitors who exhibited in any of the 2003-2006 AOPA Expos, approximately April 21, 2008.

The third mailing will go out approximately the first week in May and will mail to any exhibitor who does not fit the above criteria.

Forms will not be available online until that time.
